Micachu

Micachu is weird. Even the singer herself can't believe that she gets paid to make music. But she is also really really good. I know some readers will disagree with that statement, but I stick by it. It's the type of music that is very easy not to understand, but I personally can't get enough. Her latest album is only a year old and I am already anxious for the next one to come out.

Seeing how uncommercial Micachu is, I was very surprised to hear her song "Golden Phone" used in a commercial for a childrens toy. It worked surprisingly well though. Golden Phone, along with Vulture are my favorite songs on her album "Jewellry." The album is quite short so it makes for an easy listen. I can go through the entire thing on my way to work in the morning. I've always thought Vulture would be an interesting runway song, but I'm not sure for what kind of collection.
